Leadership Coaching
Elysian Enterprises provides coaching services focused on optimizing the performance of executives and leaders within organizations. Through a process of inquiry and reflection, the leadership coach assists the client in taking committed action to achieve business goals, and in learning and applying new content, such as current best practices in leadership development.
- Coaching has been proven to be effective in the development of top talent, supporting succession planning, during leadership transitions, in adjusting to an expanded role, dealing with performance issues, and to support the implementation of a change in strategy or structure.
- A coaching engagement includes an initial discovery meeting between the coach and client to clarify the desired outcomes and to design the coaching relationship, followed by 4-6 months of 1-on-1 coaching.
- Generally, a meeting between the coach, the client and his/her manager takes place at the beginning and the end of each coaching assignment, as well as the mid-point to ensure the managers’ involvement.
- Where appropriate, a 360 assessment or other feedback instrument may be utilized.
